Hi, I am Franzilla.

I am a freelance artist based in SEA. I draw and paint pieces ranging from character illustrations, concept art, and design.

I have worked on different projects ranging from personal client commissions to big TTRPG projects such as 'The Islands of Sina Una' lead by lead director Lucia Versprille, and 'The Fading Embers Campaign' by Valiant Fox Gaming.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.
The artist will retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.The client must agree and guarantee that the artworks commissioned will not be sold for commercial use if the artwork commissioned is for personal use only.(Commercial artwork will charge higher fees, DM or email me first about this matter)The client rights for the artwork include:

  • Posting the artwork online. (Watermark/artist signature must be included. Cropping out or removing the signature in any way will result in breaking of TOS).

  • Printing the artwork for personal use.

  • Using artwork for profile picture, banner, cover for any platform.(crediting artist on bio will be required)

Prohibited actions:

  • Changing or altering the artwork without permission or consent from the artist. (excluding rescaling, cropping, and resizing)

  • Remaking or repurposing the artwork as reference or as a direct copy.

  • Claiming to be the artist who made the artwork.

  • Refund payment after the artwork has either been finished, or worked on for a long time (70-80% worked on).

The refunded amount of payment will depend on the current status of the piece.
Sketch: 80% refund
Clean sketch: 60% refund
Colored: 10% refundRefunds will be allowed depending on the status of the piece.Refunds are allowed if:

  • The artist has not started working on the piece. (The artist will inform the client before they start working on the piece)

  • Piece is still in its very early stages i.e rough sketch, rough concept phase (refund amount will depend on the status of the artwork)

The client must read, understand and agree to all of the terms before officially commissioning the artist. By sending 30% of the payment upfront, the client agrees with and understands all of the terms of the artist.
